Oprah has recently been talking about living your best life now on her afternoon television show. She has made lots of recommendations to people on how to live their best lives now. For example, she has showcased different designers who have given tips for improving your home’s feng shui so that your home becomes a sanctuary instead of a place of stress. She has also shared great tips on exercising, recommended Pilate’s to many as a way to get rid of excess fat around your mid section. She has recommended books to read that will help to inspire, uplift, and heal so that life really becomes what you want it to be.
