What If The Government Gave You Money To Buy Fitness Equipment
If our government gave you stimulus money to buy fitness equipment, what type of exercise equipment would you buy? Would you buy something relating to weight training or resistance training? Would you buy an exercise ball, or an exercise machine? Would you buy Pilates equipment or spend the money on yoga supplies? It’s a lot of questions and it’s a good exercise of what is important to you when it comes to buying fitness equipment with someone else’s money. Well it is your tax dollars. Okay time to wake up from your dream.
A lot of good will can be accomplished spending little on fitness equipment. True, exercise cycles and treadmills do run on the higher end, but there are a lot of products that are in the marketplace for less than it costs to fill up your car’s gas tank. Balance pads that help your coordination and stability are one product that comes to mind. Physical therapists and personal trainers use them as much as they use higher priced cycles. Balance equipment helps you maintain better posture, increase leg strength as well in the ankles.
Our government officials may have trouble balancing the budget but it shouldn’t stop you to improving your balance fitness.
